September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, when organizations around the country host events and display gold ribbons to bring attention to childhood cancer and advocate for childhood cancer research. 

Our 6th Graders had the honor of supporting their classmate Hazeley Mena Grullon (front row, center), who we are thrilled to announce is in remission!
